Our Apprenticeship and Graduate recruitment process has been designed to provide a high quality yet simple service. We focus on reducing the time and costs associated with recruiting by offering a simple 7 step approach.
Our Business Development Team meet with our clients to discuss their businesses requirements. We take a detailed recruitment brief and shortlisting criteria to ensure that we have all the information to find the best applicant.
Graduates and Apprentices are an excellent choice for any business and bring a positive attitude and new skills. It is surprisingly cost effective to introduce to your business and by working with ourselves you are provided with the reassurance that the high quality service you receive will allow you to recruit for growth.
Step 1 – We advertise the vacancy on the appropriate platforms, for Graduate positions this could be up to 14 platforms, for Apprenticeship vacancies this could be on 20 platforms.
Step 2 – We collate applications from multiple platforms and screen against the shortlisted criteria
Step 3 – Once initial shortlisting has been completed, we conduct telephone interviews on suitable applicants, completing telephone interview records
Step 4 – Once secondary shortlisting has been completed. We conduct face to face interviews
Step 5 – We compile and send to you detailed applicant packs which could include; CV, Interview notes including x 7 specific questions set by the employer, Recording of one question, we suggest ‘Why should we employ you?’, Personality Profile, Application form
Step 6 – We arrange your interviews or assessment centres
Step 7 – We make the job offer if required
